Neurotoxins and Fillers for Back Office Staff is designed to teach all back office staff the basics about toxins and fillers so they can speak easily with customers about the procedures your practice offers. Your staff will sound informed, knowledgeable and confident, which will instill confidence in your patients that they are in the right place. This course provides an ideal foundation for getting everyone's talking points aligned. Combined with our business course, you'll have all the business tools needed to skyrocket your practice.

Educational Objectives
After completing this activity, participants should be better able to:
- Discuss basic neurotoxin and dermal filler procedures with patients.
- Describe the similarities and differences of the three FDA approved neuromodulators.
- Describe the necessary medical supplies and office settings for neurotoxin injections of the upper face.
- Describe the normal aging process and its impact on volume depletion and the development of fine lines and wrinkles.
- Summarise for patients the neuroanatomy and neurophysiology of the facial musculature for neurotoxin injections of the upper face.
- Demonstrate an appropriate approach to consultation for neurotoxin injections of the upper face.
- Describe the written informed consent process for treatment and verbal post treatment instructions to patients.
Target Audience
This course is an introduction to cosmetic injections with neuromodulators and dermal fillers to providers to include estheticians and back office staff involved in the care of patients desiring aesthetic augmentation.
